Reflection on trip to the Peranakan Museum - 4/9

On the last day of the term, 4th of September, our club went to the Peranalan Museum. When I was there, I feel excited and I wanted to know more about the culture of the Peranakans, but it was too harsh and we do not have time to look at all exhibits in the museum. It is still worthful trip as it has help me learn more about the culture of the Peranakans. If we have time go there again, I think that we can have a quiz or other activities so it can help remember what we saw there better. We can also go to the National Museum of Singapore to learn about the history of Singapore through the artefacts and other things there.

Reflection on CCA - 28/8

I feel that ALCC will let me know more about what is happening in Singapore through some of the project and also culture in Asian through some of the activities. I feel that the club can also have more activities so we can have some fun. The club can also try to bring us to other countries to learn.

Today, me and my teammates compile the research that we have today. We will be preparing to present our research on next week.

Reflection on CCA - 14/8

Today, I continue on the research on the project. There are lesser information on Malays and Indians than to Chinese, so I have to find more information by going to other websites. I have also found out the reason on why foreigners migrate to Singapore. Other than the brief introduction and the information on each of the race, I will work with my teammates and compile all the information together.

Reflection on CCA - 31/7

Today, I find information on the project we are going to do. I only find out the information on Chinese in Singapore and just going into Malays in Singapore. Later, I also need to find out how foreign talents, who may have different culture from us, influenced our culture. I will try to organize all the informaton well.
